Alan Baybutt & Sons Ltd is a family business, mainly growing and packing Iceberg Lettuce, Romaine Lettuce and Celery for major UK supermarkets.

The business was established in 1993 growing 70 acres of salad and vegetable crops. During the summer of 2004 ABS will grow and pack approx 400 acres of salad crops, mainly for the major UK retail chains.

The farm is situated in the North West of England, 10 miles from the city of Preston and 10 miles from the coastal town of Southport (click here for a location map).
